Surgery methodThe prosthesis may move or bend. If the prosthesis isn't accurately fixed between the nasal bone and the periosteum, the prosthesis moves or bends. In this case, the silicon is placed again in the correct position between the nasal bone and the periosteum. If the size doesn't fit, it is fixed by replacing it with an appropriate prosthesis. The prosthesis may move or bend. If the cartilage structure isn't solid, the nose crooked and the nose tip goes down over time and it looks low. In this case, it can be improved by changing the direction of the transplanted cartilage or by reinforcing it to correct symmetry. If it isn't caused by the inflammation or infection, the surgery can be possible without additional cartilage collection.
